Garlic Harvest

Well, I harvested my garlic this afternoon. I planted them from seed (seed, not clove) last year. They survived our winter, and made it to harvest. The five I cut the blooms off of are great. 1 of the 2 I left them on are ok, the other one is pretty puny.

Can't wait to cook with them now.
